Whether it's a sizing issue with your wetsuit or a change of heart on a new pair of goggles, we are here to help you get back to training.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or visit our Arvada storefront with your order number and receipt to start the process.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear in its original box and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send it back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
