How do I determine the correct wetsuit size?
Wetsuit sizing is primarily based on height and weight. We recommend consulting our brand-specific size charts located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more competitive, hydrodynamic fit.
What is your return policy on performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear and nutrition products cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and trainers?
Currently, we ship small goods and apparel worldwide. However, due to manufacturer restrictions and shipping complexities, bicycles and heavy indoor trainers are only available for shipping within the continental United States.
How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are typically processed the same day. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for last-minute race needs.
Are the bicycles professionally assembled before shipping?
All bikes undergo a pre-shipment inspection by our certified mechanics. To ensure safe transit, bikes are partially disassembled and packed in secure boxes; some basic assembly (such as attaching handlebars and pedals) will be required upon arrival.
Do you offer a warranty on high-end triathlon components?
Yes, all products purchased through Arvada Triathlon Company are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to assist you in the claims process should any defect arise.
